If the CPA member you have contracted is registered with Fensa, Certass or Assure competent person scheme, they will need to register your replacement windows and doors contract with them.
You should check with us to ensure that our member company has elected to provide you with an IBG from the information contained in your works registration with their Competent person scheme, provided they have when you receive a registration certificate from Fensa, Certass or Assure they should notify us of your works completion and upon receipt of this information we will issue you with an Insurance Backed Guarantee.
If we do not receive notification of your works you will not be issued an IBG and therefore will not be insured therefore if you do not receive our IBG within 28 days of your works completion please contact us.
